UMARA U Caffeine is the practical caffeine tablet for moments when you want a precise dose — without flavour, without calories and without mixing a drink.

Each tablet delivers 50 mg caffeine, about half a cup of coffee.

Easy to dose around training, racing, long sessions or travel.

The tablets do not dissolve in water. Take 1–2 tablets per hour during activity, or 3–6 tablets about 30 minutes before the start.

The tube contains 100 tablets. Store tightly closed, dry and below normal room temperature. Keep out of reach of young children.

Fillers (dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid), disintegrants (cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose), caffeine, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
