UNBROKEN REAL TIME RECOVERY – MANGO

Advanced recovery support before, during or after exercise

Unbroken Real Time Recovery is an advanced recovery drink in effervescent tablet form, developed for athletes who want to integrate recovery directly into their training process – before, during or after exercise.

The formula is based on salmon protein hydrolysate from fresh Norwegian salmon and provides amino acids, peptides, vitamins and micronutrients in a light, practical format designed for use around training.

From medical nutrition to sports performance

Unbroken originates from research in medical nutrition, where rapid absorption and effective nutritional support play an important role in the development of products for muscle health and recovery.

This expertise has been transferred to sports nutrition with a clear goal: to provide athletes with a high-quality source of amino acids while keeping the digestive burden to a minimum.

The foundation of the product is salmon protein hydrolysate from fresh Norwegian salmon – a natural source of amino acids, peptides, vitamins and micronutrients. Through an advanced hydrolysis process, the proteins are broken down into smaller components, creating a formula designed for rapid absorption and convenient use around training.

A different approach to traditional protein shakes

Traditional protein shakes usually contain longer protein chains that first need to be digested by the body. Unbroken uses extensively hydrolysed salmon protein with a low molecular weight.

The formula contains free-form amino acids as well as dipeptides and tripeptides, making it a practical choice for athletes who want an efficient amino acid intake with minimal digestive burden.

Two tablets provide 2.26 g of amino acids and only 34 kcal. The formula contains all 9 essential amino acids, including BCAAs, together with naturally occurring micronutrients from salmon protein hydrolysate.

4-in-1 formula for athletes

Unbroken combines four key nutritional components used in modern sports nutrition:

• Free-form amino acids, dipeptides and tripeptides as part of the recovery routine

• Collagen peptides as an additional functional component of the formula

• Vitamin B12, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue

• Zinc and selenium, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system

The effervescent tablet format makes the product simple and practical to use compared with a traditional protein shake.

Use before, during or after exercise

Unbroken Real Time Recovery is designed for use before training, during exercise or after activity.

Recommended use

Dissolve 2 tablets in 500–750 ml of cold water and consume before, during or after exercise. For faster dissolving, the tablets can be broken in half.

Each tube contains 10 tablets, enough for 5 workouts. The compact format is practical for use at home, in the gym, on the bike, while travelling, at training camps or after competition.

Used by professional teams

Unbroken is used by professional teams including Lidl-Trek and Trek-Unbroken MTB, where recovery forms part of the daily preparation for the next training session or race.

The product is designed for athletes who want to plan their nutrition and recovery strategy with the same precision as their training.
