UMARA U IRON

Iron bisglycinate with vitamin C

UMARA U Iron is an iron supplement for athletes and active people who want a well-tolerated, easy-to-use source of iron for their daily routine. Each tablet combines 20 mg of elemental iron from iron bisglycinate with 50 mg of vitamin C.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, making it a valuable addition to an iron formula.

The iron in UMARA U Iron is provided as iron bisglycinate, a chelated form in which iron is bound to the amino acid glycine. This form is often chosen when a well-absorbed and gentle iron option is preferred.

UMARA U Iron is suitable for endurance athletes, athletes in demanding training periods and active individuals who want to include iron in a structured daily nutrition routine. The product is vegan and comes in a practical pack of 90 tablets.

Take 1 tablet daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
