Usage & Ingredients

Suggested use:

Take 1–3 drops (25 µg to 75 µg) daily, especially during the period from October through April or during periods of insufficient sunlight exposure, or when indicated by a blood test. Preferably take the drops with a meal. Recommended daily dose: Up to 3 drops (75 µg).

Warnings: This food supplement is not suitable for children up to 10 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the original container in a dark and dry place (8–25 °C), out of reach of children.
