Amacx Energy Ice Gel

Amacx Energy Ice Gel are innovative energy gels that provide cooling or lowering of body temperature in hot and humid weather. Energy Ice Gel contains 30 g of carbohydrates and 200 mg of sodium. The advanced carbohydrate matrix consists of maltodextrin and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. and allows the intake of 90-120 g of carbohydrates per hour without stomach or digestive problems. The addition of sodium supports hydration and fluid absorption.

Amacx Energy Ice Gel must be frozen before use. After taking it out of the freezer, we use it as a "slush gel" that cools the body and provides it with energy in the form of carbohydrates.

Suggested use:

Take 1–3 gels per hour of exercise. Use depends on personal need for carbohydrates. The Ice Gel is used during exercise to cool your body internally.
