226ers – PRE WORKOUT is a NO booster that was developed specifically for endurance athletes. It is intended to be taken before training, but in certain cases it can also be taken during training without gaining weight. It is formulated with selected ingredients to help you achieve the best results when training, competing or anywhere else. It is specifically designed for prolonged endurance inactivity training as well as shorter, high-intensity training such as HIIT, CrossFit and other interval training. It is available in two varieties: decaffeinated and caffeinated, which is especially important for those who are more sensitive to caffeine and drink in the late afternoon hours. Pre Workout also contains no sugar and is sweetened with stevia.

Pre Workout has a number of positive effects on performance, in particular the increase in nitric oxide NO in the blood, contributes to increasing muscle strength, has an anti-catabolic effect, i.e. it prevents the breakdown of muscle mass, accelerates recovery and prevents premature muscle fatigue and exhaustion. One serving contains 500 mg Arginine AKG, 2000 mg Beta Alanine, 3000 mg Creatine, 3000 mg HMB and the caffeine version contains 250 mg caffeine anhydrous.

Arginine AKG or Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate is an amino acid known as a precursor of nitric oxide NO that helps improve endothelial dilation of blood vessel walls, thereby accelerating blood flow to the muscles, which means a greater supply of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles.
